Villa Sasso - Merano

The apartment was very clean and spacious, offering great views of the surrounding mountains. We were also pleased to find that the hotel offered bikes to borrow for free, which made exploring the area much easier. the location was convenient as it allowed us to enjoy the tranquillity of nature while still being within walking distance to town.

Although the apartment was spacious, we found the shower design to be a bit inconvenient as there were no curtains or barriers to prevent water from flowing outside the shower base. We also would have appreciated more amenities in the room, such as water or room service.

This place is a luxurious haven! The rooms are clean and spacious, with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The staff are incredible, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including maps and local recommendations. The hotel amenities are top-notch, with beautiful pools, both indoor and outdoor, where I could relax and unwind. The surrounding nature and stunning views made this hotel even more special. Highly recommend this venue for a tranquil and unforgettable getaway.

the apartment had stunning views of the mountains. We enjoyed easy access to trails and the town was within walking distance. the apartment was very clean with good quality linens and towels. We liked the facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, bikes to borrow and kitchen in the apartment.

Perhaps the shower could have been better designed to prevent water from flowing outside the shower base.

The surroundings were delightful, with snow-covered peaks and picturesque trails. the hotel also provided us with warm blankets and delicious hot cocoa. the hotel's rooms were spacious and well-kept, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations on how to experience the best of the winter wonderland.

Most of the hotel amenities were closed during the Christmas season. the restaurant was closed, and there was no room service or breakfast available.

We enjoyed waking up to fine mountain views from our clean room. Convenient access to beautiful trails and the town within walking distance. The staff were very good too provide maps and suggestions. The hotel's amenities, including the pools, were great.
